Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Near Space Labs’ $13MM Series A round.
Near Space Labs is an aerial imagery and earth observation company, whose high-frequency, high-resolution imagery supports businesses, partners and government organizations for improved remote sensing.

The round was led by Crosslink Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Leadout Capital and Wireframe Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, P. Charu Satia and Tommy Szalasny.
