Silicon Legal represented Trucks Venture Capital as they co-led Cling Systems’ $2.3 million Series Seed round.

Cling Systems develops the intelligent collection and trading platform that connects the battery ecosystem to ensure batteries are used and recycled optimally.

In addition to Trucks Venture Capital, the round included investments from co-leader First Venture, as well as Voyager.io and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, P. Charu Satia and Travis Robertson.
