Silicon Legal represented Trucks Venture Capital as they joined Refraction AI’s $4.2MM Series Seed financing.

Refraction AI, an Ann Arbor-based delivery and logistics company is deploying robotic platforms to provide safe and scalable last mile goods delivery in urban areas. The round was led by Pillar VC with participation from, in addition to Trucks Venture Capital, eLab Ventures, Osage Venture Partners, Alumni Ventures Group, Chad Laurans and Invest Michigan.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Charu Satia, Travis Robertson, and Tommy Szalasny.
