Silicon Legal represented Trucks Venture Capital as they led Swyft’s $3 million (CAD) Series Seed financing.
Swyft, a Toronto-based same day delivery software, connects merchants to existing courier networks. In addition to Trucks Venture Capital, the financing included investment from Golden Ventures, Panache Ventures, and select strategic angel investors – Marcelo Cortes, co-founder of Faire, Mudit Rawat, founder of Nexus Commerce, Derrick Fung, co-founder of Drop, and Kuljeev Singh, founder of ResQ, among others.
