Silicon Legal represented TrustLayer as they raised a $15MM Series A Round.

TrustLayer is a collaborative risk management platform that helps reduce friction between companies and their business partners through automation.

The round was led by Craft Ventures with participation from Abstract Ventures, Box Group, Propel Venture Partners, NFP Ventures, Sure Ventures, and PruVen Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Jackie Ammon, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Travis Robertson and Derrick Metriyakool.
