Silicon Legal represented Union Labs as they co-led Urban Sky’s $4.1MM Seed Round.

Urban Sky is a Denver-based startup that is developing a system that can provide imagery from high-altitude balloons at higher resolution than satellites.

The round was co-led by Union Labs and Catapult Ventures with participation from TenOneTen Ventures, NewStack Ventures and Techstars.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian and Ian Peck.
