Silicon Legal represented Union Labs Ventures as they co-led Onsemble’s $3 million Seed round.

Onsemble is developing an app to help homeowners seamlessly navigate the incentive and contractor landscape to replace gas burning appliances with the efficient alternative.

In addition to Union Labs Ventures, the round was co-led by Third Sphere and included investments from, K9 Ventures, John Doerr, Cleo Capital, Incite.org, and several angel investors.
