Silicon Legal represented Valley as they raised a $2 million Pre-Seed round.

Valley is building a product that takes cold leads to sales meetings with zero human involvement, optimizing the business-to-business customer acquisition calculus.

The round was raised with participation from Antler, Jason Calacanis, Rough Draft Ventures, O’Shaughnessy Ventures, ID8 Investments, Transform VC, and John Pleasants.

Silicon Legal’s Valley client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Bryce Wilson, Carson Jackson, and Britney Warner.
