Silicon Legal represented Zeno Verntures as they co-led Mighty Buildings’ $40 million Series B round.

Mighty Buildings creates homes using 3D printing, robotics, and other sustainable materials. In addition to Zeno Ventures, the financing was co-led by Khosla Ventures, and included additional investment from Core Innovation Capital, Bold Capital Partners, and Foundamental.  New investors ArcTern Ventures, Abies Ventures, Modern Venture Partners, Giant Ventures, MicroVentures, One Way Ventures, and Polyvalent Capital also participated.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, and Meghan Fitzpatrick.
