Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital and Felicis Ventures as they joined InCountry’s $7 million Series Seed financing.

InCountry is a data residency-as-a-service platform. In addition to Caffeinated Capital and Felicis Ventures, the financing included investments from Ridge Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Charles River Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Parade Ventures and MState.
