Silicon Legal represented Javelin Venture Partners and MHS Capital as they joined Kindly Care’s $5.4 million Series A financing.

Kindly Care is a company that specializes in non-medical home care for the elderly and disabled. The financing was led by Javelin Venture Partners and included investments from MHS Capital and Jackson Square Ventures.
