Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures and Felicis Ventures as they joined Homeroom’s $3.5 million Series Seed financing.

Homeroom is a platform for after-school enrichment programs. The financing was led by Forerunner Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Precursor Ventures and Felicis Ventures, Kapor Capital.
