Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Commsor’s $16 million Series A round.

Commsor is a community operating system platform driving powerful analytics, automations, and engagement tools for community teams. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the financing was co-led by Seven Seven Six.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
