Guy Ladetzky is a partner at Silicon Legal Strategy. He represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and early stage investors, with an emphasis on equity and debt financings, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters.

Guy brings a wide range of legal experience to SLS.  He started his career as a securities litigator at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Clifford Chance LLP and later spent several years in the corporate group at Fenwick & West LLP, all in San Francisco. Prior to joining SLS, Guy worked in-house at several startups and was most recently Senior Counsel at Xerox Corp. following an acquisition of one of those companies.

Guy received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his B.A in government from the University of Texas at Austin.

When not working or shuttling his kids around their various activities, Guy enjoys going to see live music, playing soccer, snowboarding and exploring the trails of Marin on his bike.
