Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined the $35 million Series B financing for Brandless.

Brandless is an e-commerce company providing unbranded and essential products. The financing was led by New Enterprise Associates and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, GV and Slow Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Michael Young and Stephanie Becerra.
