Silicon Legal represented NeoTribe Ventures and Hummingbird Ventures as they led BillionToOne’s $15 million Series A financing.

BillionToOne is a precision diagnostics company. In addition to NeoTribe Ventures and Hummingbird Ventures, the round included investments from Y Combinator, Civilization Ventures, Fifty Years, 500 Startups Istanbul and HOF Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Ryan Southerland and Jackie Sheely.
