Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital and Felicis Ventures as they joined InCountry’s $15 million Series A financing.

InCountry is a data residency-as-a-service platform. The financing was led by Arbor Ventures, Global Founders Capital, and Mubadala of Abu Dhabi and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital and Felicis Ventures, Charles River Ventures, and Team Builder Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Heidi Walas, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Mike Perez, Noah Driggs, and Jackie Sheely.
