Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they led Acko’s $60 million Series D financing, bringing total company raise to $200 million and a valuation around $500 million.

Acko, a young startup that makes buying and using insurance effortless, is India’s first and fastest growing InsurTech company. In addition to Munich Re Ventures,  the round included participation from existing investors Amazon, RPS Ventures and Intact Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Canada’s largest property and casualty insurer.
