Silicon Legal represented SeedFi as they raised a $65 million round of equity and debt.

SeedFi, a financial wellness startup, is building a platform that specifically targets struggling Americans living paycheck to paycheck. The company’s products help customers get out of debt, build credit, save money, and plan for the future.  The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (also known as a16z) and included participation from Flourish, Core Innovation Capital, and Quiet Capital, among others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Bryce Wilson, and Corin Medrano.
