Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Settle’s $15MM Series A Round.

Settle is a next generation accounts payable software designed to help businesses manage their cash flow.

The round was led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, SciFi (Affirm founder Max Levchin’s VC fund), WorkLife Ventures, Background Capital and AngelList Venture CEO Avlok Kohli.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
