Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Capchase’s $125MM Series A round.

Capchase is a fintech company that helps SaaS companies finance the growth of their operations with cash tied up in future monthly payments.

The round was led by QED Investors with participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Bling Capital, SciFi VC and several angels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
