Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined Inspectify’s $8 million Series A round.

Inspectify is a tech-driven managed marketplace for home inspections.

The round was led by Nine Four Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, Foundational Capital, Socially Financed, Redfin and various individual investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Gaurav Mathur, Ian Peck, Jackie Ammon, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Kevin Morrissey, Shannon Meyer, and Tommy Szalasny.
