Kevin Morrissey is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.  Kevin represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.  Kevin also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.

Before joining SLS, Kevin worked at Perkins Coie LLP, where he advised emerging growth companies through various stages in their corporate life cycle and venture capital investors, and SRI International, where he advised on a broad range of contractual and regulatory compliance matters.   Kevin received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with friends and family, wrestling his dog, and watching soccer.
