Silicon Legal represented Emerson Collective as they joined Seven Starling’s $10.9 million Series A funding round.

Seven Starling is a virtual provider of women’s behavioral health services, focusing on critical periods such as infertility, miscarriage and loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

The round was led by RH Capital and included investments from Pear VC, Expa, Magnify Ventures, Inflect Health, Zeal Capital Partners, Ulu Ventures, Fiore Ventures, the March of Dimes, Rogue Venture Partners, Graham & Walker, and Wisdom Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Emerson Collective client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Madelyn Tarr.
