Silicon Legal represented Emerson Collective as they joined Atropos Health’s $33 million Series B round.

Atropos Health is developing the first physician consultation service powered by publication-grade real-world evidence.

The round was led by Valtruis and included investments from, in addition to Emerson Collective, Breyer Capital, Presidio Ventures, Cencora Ventures, McKesson Ventures, and Merck GHI Fund.

Silicon Legal’s Emerson Collective client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Madelyn Tarr.
