Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined dNovo Inc.’s $2.7 million Series Seed round.

dNovo Inc. is a pre-clinical cell technology company with a mission to cure baldness by creating new hair de novo.

In addition to Felicis Ventures, the round included participation from Y Combinator, Soma Capital, Yintai Investment Company LLC, Ataria Ventures, Duro Ventures, Pioneer Fund, and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
