Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined Spectrum Labs’ $32 million Series B round.

Spectrum Labs is a technology company, platform, and community whose mission is to make the Internet a safer and more valuable place for all.

The round was led by Intel Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, Gaingels, OurCrowd, Harris Barton, Wing Venture Capital, Greycroft, Ridge Ventures, Super{set}, and Global Founders Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Jackie Ammon, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Kevin Morrissey, Shannon Meyer, Tommy Szalasny, and Vishal Ganesan.
