Silicon Legal represented Freestyle Capital as they led Chipper’s $5.6 million seed round.

In addition to Freestyle Capital, the round was also co-led by Slauson & Co. and Propel Venture, and included participation from Ethan Bloch of Digit, Craig Lewis of Gig Wage, and founder of Loop, John Henry.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, Jackie Ammon, Tina Lee, Travis Robertson and Vishal Ganesan.
