Silicon Legal represented Arc as they raised a $20MM Series A round.

Arc is the full-service finance platform for SaaS, letting SaaS founders seamlessly convert future revenue into upfront capital without dilution at the click of a button.

The round was led by Left Lane and included participation from NFX, Y Combinator, Bain Capital Ventures, Clocktower Technology Ventures, Torch Capital, Atalaya and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Charlie Clark, and Derrick Metriyakool.
