Diveplane offers AI-powered business solutions across multiple industries, giving the client full understanding and decision transparency in support of ethical AI policies and data privacy strategies.

The round was led by Shield Capital and included investments from, in addition to Calibrate Ventures, L3Harris Technologies and Sigma Defense.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden and John Koerper.
