John Koerper is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

John advises early stage and emerging growth companies and venture capitalists on a broad range of matters including venture capital and debt financing, formation issues, equity and debt financings, corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining SLS, John was a member of the corporate practice group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in the Palo Alto office. John received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.

Outside of the office, John enjoys being with family, playing the piano and accordion, and practicing archery.
