Silicon Legal represented ABB as they joined Switched Source’s $17+ million round.

Switched Source is a developer of grid-enhancing distribution automation technologies.

The round was led by Cubit Capital and included investments from, in addition to ABB, Emerald Technology Ventures, Red Cedar Ventures, Southern States, Southwire Company, and other strategic investors.

Silicon Legal’s ABB client team includes P. Charu Satia, Coleman Cannon, Charlie Clark, and John Koerper.
