Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they co-led Authors First’s more than $10 million Seed Round.

Authors First is a book-to-screen studio and distribution platform.

In addition to Brand Foundry Ventures, the round was co-led by Robert Hamwee and included investments from, Bolt Ventures, Andy Mills, Mike Duggal, and John Kline.
