Silicon Legal represented Reframe Systems as they raised a $40 million Round.

Reframe Systems is a physical AI company industrializing home construction, combining robotics, software, and a network of microfactories to deliver resilient, site-customized homes faster and more affordably than traditional construction.

The round was led by Energy Impact Partners with participation from Counterpart Ventures, E12 Ventures, Global Brain, Thin Line Capital, Up Partners, LACI Impact Fund, Eclipse, VoLo Earth, Cubit Capital, RA Capital Management (Planetary Health), MassMutual Catalyst, and Nor’easter.

Silicon Legal’s Reframe Systems client team includes P. Charu Satia, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, Jenna Mann, and Stephanie Toledo.
