Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Varda’s $187 million Series C round.

Varda is a microgravity-enabled life sciences company that processes materials in orbit and returns them to Earth.

The round was led by Natural Capital and Shrug Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Founders Fund, Peter Thiel, Khosla Ventures, Lux Capital, and Also Capital.
