Silicon Legal represented Trucks Venture Capital as they joined Auriga Space’s $4.6 million Seed Round.

Auriga Space is developing a reusable electromagnetic launch track to revolutionize orbital access.

The round was led by OTB Ventures and included investments from Trucks Venture Capital and Seraphim Space.

Silicon Legal’s Trucks Venture Capital client team includes P. Charu Satia, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Nicole Nazarian.
