Silicon Legal represented UNION Labs as they joined Raise Robotics’ $7.75 million Seed Round.

Raise Robotics is a construction robotics company.

The round was led by MaC Venture Capital and included investments from, in addition to UNION Labs, Undivided Ventures, Cybernetix Ventures, and Zacua Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s UNION Labs client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Nicole Nazarian.
