Milan Kumar is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Milan represents emerging companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining SLS, Milan was an associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Technology group in Boston, where she advised technology companies and venture capital investors in connection with entity formations, venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Goodwin, Milan advised public and private companies at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston.

Before studying law, Milan held policy roles at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.

Milan received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

When not at work, Milan enjoys spending time with her family and dog, reading fiction and watching documentaries.
