Silicon Legal represented Propel Venture Partners as they joined Akua’s $8.5 million Seed Round.

Akua is an AI-powered acquiring platform for banks, fintechs, and payment providers in Latin America.

The round was co-led by Flourish Ventures and Cathay Latam and included investments from, in addition to Propel Venture Partners , Atlantico, Honey Island, Krealo, Simma Capital, and HTwenty.

Silicon Legal’s Propel Venture Partners client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Josh Fuller.
