Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Sweet Security’s $75 million Series B round.

Sweet Security is a cloud and AI security company that provides runtime protection for cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners and included investments from, in addition to MRV, Glilot Capital Partners and Key1 Capital.

Silicon Legal’s MRV client team includes Ryan Southerland, Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Tina Lee, Madelyn Tarr, Nicole Nazarian, and Robert Moore.
