Nicole Marshall is a senior paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy.

She works closely with attorneys to provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and complex transactions for private company clients and venture capital investors.

Prior to joining SLS, Nicole was a senior paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati working on private and public companies. She also worked as a corporate paralegal at Fenwick & West LLP.

Nicole received her undergraduate degree in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family, hiking, ballet, and training working dogs.
