Silicon Legal represented Operator Collective as they joined Santé’s $7.6 million round.

Santé is developing a modern fintech platform for wine and spirits retailers.

The round was led by Bonfire Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Operator Collective, Y Combinator and Veridical Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Operator Collective client team includes Rebecca Tseng Grant, Gaurav Mathur, Tina Lee, and Michelle Chern.
