Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Saronic Technologies’ $1.75 billion Series D Round.

Saronic Technologies is a defense technology company specializing in autonomous surface vessels.

The round was led by Kleiner Perkins and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Advent International, Bessemer Venture Partners, DFJ Growth, BAM Elevate, 8VC, Andreessen Horowitz, Elad Gil, and Franklin Templeton.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Michelle Chern.
