Silicon Legal represented BRKZ as they raised a $13 million Series B round alongside an $18 million growth debt commitment.

BRKZ is an AI-enabled building materials procurement platform based in Saudi Arabia.

The Series B round was led by Wa’ed Ventures and 500 Global with participation from BECO Capital and Anb Seed Fund. Alongside the equity round, the growth debt was committed by Stride Ventures.
