Zoe Hayes is the Receptionist at Silicon Legal Strategy.

As receptionist, they assist with administrative duties and ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day operations at the SLS office in San Francisco. Additionally, they work with the Administrative Operations team to plan and carry out team events, help create team cohesion, and make the office a safe, warm, and welcoming place to all.

Zoe received their Bachelor of Art degree in Philosophy and Legal Studies with Highest Distinction from the University of California, Berkeley. At Berkeley, Zoe was a research apprentice at the Berkeley Center for Comparative Equality and served as the Vice President of Experience and Training at the Berkeley Student Cooperative, the largest and oldest student housing cooperative in the nation. Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Zoe completed a fellowship with the Bay Area JusticeCorps, where they served self-represented litigants and those who could not afford attorneys in Alameda County by assisting them with paperwork and providing information on the legal process.

When not at work, Zoe enjoys powerlifting, hiking, jogging, and cycling as exercise. They enjoy learning new languages and are currently learning German and French. Intellectually, they mainly take an interest in philosophy, but also take an interest in linguistics, physics, and logic. Creatively, they love to embroider, crochet, and paint, mostly landscapes. On a weekend day, you can probably find them at the Albany Bulb or baking bread to bring to a picnic with their friends.
