Cody Tolman is a senior paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy.

He assists clients with formations, corporate governance, private equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining SLS, Cody supported corporate law practice as a paralegal at Presidio Legal, before that, he practiced at Mission Law and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He also served as Director of Operations at CGL LLP, a business law firm for early and mid-stage technology companies. He previously worked in paralegal and project roles at Atrium and Holland & Hart LLP.

Cody received his undergraduate degree in Operations Management and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

Away from the office, you can find him on his urban homestead attending to his garden, orchard, and honeybees.
