Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Presidio Legal Paralegal Cody Tolman

San Francisco, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Cody Tolman has joined the firm as a Senior Paralegal in its San Francisco Office. Cody assists clients with formations, corporate governance, private equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining SLS, Cody supported corporate law practice as a paralegal at Presidio Legal, and before that at Mission Law and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Tolman holds an undergraduate degree in Operations Management and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
