Lisa Schlinkert

Lisa is a senior paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients and the SLS team with incorporations, corporate governance, equity plan administration, and capitalization table maintenance.
Prior to joining SLS, Lisa worked as a paralegal for Morgan Legal Services servicing tech startups and private venture-backed companies. She received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certificate from John F. Kennedy University.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing video games and reading.
