As senior paralegal, she assists clients and the SLS team with incorporations, corporate governance, financings, M&A transactions, equity plan administration, and capitalization table maintenance. In her role as legal support supervisor, Lisa helps to lead and develop the firm’s legal support staff, including overseeing their workflows and providing ongoing training.

Prior to joining SLS, Lisa worked as a paralegal for Morgan Legal Services servicing tech startups and private venture-backed companies.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certificate from John F. Kennedy University.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games and tabletop games, and reading sci-fi and fantasy books.
