Silicon Legal represented ViaBot as they raised a $24 million Series A round.

ViaBot is an autonomous robotics company tackling trash, debris, and soft security at scale for big-box retailers, utility companies and academic institutions.

The round was led by Walden International with participation from CDIB Capital Group, Stalwart Ventures, Baseline Ventures, Era Ventures, Morado Ventures, and SOSV.

Silicon Legal’s ViaBot client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Jenna Mann, and Lisa Schlinkert.
